Guides › Export BigCommerce Orders to Google Sheets Automatically
How do I export BigCommerce orders to Google Sheets automatically?
In Export Stash, create an order export, choose your columns and filters, set Google Sheet as the export method with your sheet's URL, and pick a schedule. Orders are written to the sheet automatically.
What you need
- A BigCommerce store with Export Stash installed
- A Google Sheet shared as "Anyone with the link can edit"
Steps
- Open Orders and click Export Orders.
- Scratch or template: start from scratch, or pick a ready-made template.
- Add fields: choose the order columns you want.
- Select order filters: for example status, the last N days or a date range, and choose one row per line item or one row per order.
- Set export method: choose Google Sheet, then enter the Google Sheet URL and Sheet Name.
- Save, then click Set Schedule on the profile to choose how often it runs.
Good to know
- Sheet options: overwrite, clear the sheet first, append to the next empty row, or write a new sheet each run.
- Schedules: every 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, daily, weekdays, weekends, chosen days, or the first or last day of the month.
- Orders can also be exported the moment one is created, updated or changes status.
- You can update the status of exported orders afterwards, and rename or reorder columns from the profile's menu.
