How do I update BigCommerce stock and prices from a supplier file?

In Export Stash's Inventory Sync, point to your supplier's CSV, map the SKU column and the fields to update, and set a schedule. Existing products are matched by SKU and updated automatically.

What you need

Steps

  1. Open Inventory Sync and create a new sync profile.
  2. Source: choose Upload a file, FTP, FTPS, SFTP or Download URL.
  3. File or Connection: choose your file, or enter the server details or URL and click Connect and read file.
  4. Map columns: map the SKU column, then the fields to update, such as inventory level, price, sale price or cost price.
  5. Settings: optionally adjust prices by a markup or markdown percentage and pick a rounding rule, then set the schedule and click Save.
  6. On the profile card, click Dry run to preview the changes, then turn Sync on.
