How do I schedule a BigCommerce product export to CSV?

In Export Stash, click Export Products, choose your columns and a destination such as email, FTP, SFTP or Google Sheets, then click Set Schedule to run the export every 15 minutes, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

What you need

A BigCommerce store with Export Stash installed
A destination: an email address, an FTP or SFTP server, or a Google Sheet

Steps

Open Products and click Export Products.
Add fields: choose, rename and reorder the product and variant columns.
Custom fields (Optional): add custom fields or fixed values as extra columns.
Set export method: choose the file format (CSV, XLSX or TXT) and the destination: email, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, BigCommerce WebDAV or Google Sheets.
Click Set Schedule on the profile and choose every 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, daily, weekdays, weekends, specific days or monthly.
Optional: choose Filter Products from the profile's menu to export only some products by brand, category, channel, SKU, title words or stock.

Good to know

Google Sheets exports can overwrite the sheet, append rows or write a new sheet each run.
File names can include the date, so each scheduled run keeps its own file.
You can also run any profile on demand without waiting for the schedule.

Can BigCommerce export products on a schedule by itself?

Can I export inventory levels only?

Yes. Pick only SKU and inventory columns in Add fields to send a stock file to a supplier or marketplace.
