How do I sync BigCommerce inventory to eBay?

Connect your eBay seller account in Export Stash's Inventory Sync, choose hourly or daily, and it pushes your BigCommerce stock levels to the eBay listings with the same SKU.

What you need

• A BigCommerce store with Export Stash installed
• An eBay seller account
• The same SKUs on your BigCommerce products and your eBay listings

Steps

1. Open Inventory Sync and create a new sync profile.
2. Source: choose Send stock to eBay.
3. Name & schedule: enter a name, choose Hourly or Daily under How often, set Run at, and click Create.
4. On the profile card, click Connect eBay and sign in to your seller account.
5. Choose the Stock location to sync from.
6. Click Dry run to preview the changes, then turn Sync on.

Good to know

• Only stock quantity is synced, from BigCommerce to eBay.
• Listings are matched by SKU. Products without a matching SKU are left alone.
• Wix stores on the V1 catalog can sync to eBay too.

Does it change eBay prices or titles?

No. Only the quantity on each matching listing is updated.

How often does BigCommerce inventory sync to eBay?

Hourly or daily, at the time you choose. You can also run a sync on demand.

Can I check changes before they go live?

Yes. A dry run shows every stock change without updating eBay.
